Welcome to Proper Aesthetics. Our goal is to provide every client and student with a safe, professional, and exceptional experience. By scheduling an appointment, enrolling in training, or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Services
Proper Aesthetics specializes in advanced brow artistry, permanent makeup, corrective skin treatments, and professional beauty education.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Ombre Powder Brows
• Hybrid Brow Wax & Tint
• Brow Lamination
• Stretch Mark Camouflage
• Scar Camouflage
• Inkless Stretch Mark Revision
• Professional Training & Certification Programs
All services are performed by appointment only.
Client Eligibility
Proper Aesthetics provides services exclusively to clients 18 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required before your appointment.
Certain services may not be appropriate for every individual. Proper Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is determined that a service is not in the client's best interest or cannot be performed safely.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve most appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-transferable except at the discretion of Proper Aesthetics.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
Future appointments may require an additional deposit or full payment in advance at the discretion of Proper Aesthetics.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure adequate time for their service and to avoid delaying other scheduled clients.
Payment Policy

Applicable Florida sales tax will be applied where required by law.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, products, and personalized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided for completed services.
If you have concerns regarding your results, please contact us promptly. We are committed to evaluating each situation individually and, when appropriate, may recommend a follow-up appointment or corrective service to help achieve the best possible outcome.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Proper Aesthetics.
Guests & Children
To provide a relaxing environment and ensure the safety of all guests, children, family members, and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Our treatments require focus, precision, and a distraction-free environment to ensure the highest quality of care for every client.
Results
Every treatment is customized to your unique skin, features, and goals.
Individual healing, skin characteristics, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions all contribute to the final outcome. While we strive to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results, the number of treatments required, longevity, and overall appearance may vary from person to person.
Additional sessions or maintenance appointments may be recommended depending on the service.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information prior to treatment.
Proper Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or refuse service if any medical condition, medication, skin condition, or contraindication may interfere with the safety or effectiveness of a procedure.
Photography
For insurance, documentation, quality assurance, and progress tracking purposes, photographs may be taken before, during, and after your appointment.
No photographs will ever be used for marketing, advertising, social media, or educational purposes without your separate written permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Proper Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule services for any reason related to client safety, inappropriate behavior, suspected intoxication, failure to follow policies, contraindications, or circumstances that may compromise the quality or safety of treatment.
Training Programs
Enrollment in professional training programs may require separate enrollment agreements and policies.
Training schedules, tuition, deposits, certifications, and course requirements are subject to individual training agreements.
